It could be possible that it isn't a feature on W7 Starter edition, I highly doubt that though. You should do a re-install to make sure.

Could be, because I did a re-install and nothing is there.
I will get the exact product number so you guys can check it out online or whatever.

All I know right now is that it is a Samsung notebook. Ill get more information tomorrow.
