Well i have read your full story and found that you really likes her with heart and soul
I think you have made a mistake of texting her,If i would be at there place i should congrats her brithday on face to face,it will make a great impression.
You should make her best friend before telling her your feelings,it would give you better idea because you will know all her likes and dislikes.
I still beleive that she will accept your love.
