Drink a lot of liquids. They will fill you up so you won't be hungry and you'll drop liquid weight much faster with some jogging. Also, it's a bit obvious, but stay away from fatty foods. With plenty of exercise and having more of a liquid diet, you'll drop weight fast! Also, if you're about 5'10, your weight is fine.

Boxing is really good game to maintain the health and to be smart..
You should continue boxing with the dieting plan to reduce the weight..

I was in exactly the same position as you earlier on this year. Some of the best advice I could give you (I've lost 25lbs since Feb which is pretty good I'd say) is think to yourself, am I actually hungry? Sometimes we can mistake thurst for hunger, so try having a drink first. Also, try and find a cheap local gym you can attend, I go to my gym 2-3 times per week and it has definitly made a difference to my fat loss and muscle gain.

Food is more important for the weight manegment so you should care of your diet for the weight loss. Always take low card diet and avoid all the fats and skip sugar from your diet plan.

Woolly hi you should have to take care of your diet and body nutrition and you have to use the less calories and oily food and also left the use of coke or any other kind of bottles. and go for exercise daily or join some gym for this purpose if you can swim than it's very good for you to lose his weight and get a good shape of body.

Cut out some of the sweets, but not immediately. If you cut everything the first day, you'll become overwhelmed by the craving for more and you won't be able to handle it well. You can eat some sweets but don't go overboard. Jog outside, or inside on a treadmill. Set goals, such as burning 400 cals per day. If you can do this as well stick to a planned diet, you'll lose 1-2 LB's per week.
