Constant 403 Error

I've been receiving a lot of 403 errors lately that have kept me from accessing the site. Is it because Lebanon is blocked on SF now just like it is on HF or is it just me?

I don't think Lebanon is blocked. I am able to access with my Lebanese proxies. However I am prompted to fill in a captcha to access the site.

I think its your connection or or country, its running fine from over here in the US and Quintus reports back good as well.
