Generally you can't build a processor.

Are you looking to build a computer and then assemble it?

You can't install a dual core processor without the correct motherboard for start.

What processor model your gonna use exaclty?

And yeah, you need right Motherboard to run it propely.

If you're completely new to PC assembly I recommend you view my guide. It's found in this section.

Just remember. You'll need to make sure all of your parts are compatible.
