Better said lol, i'm not sure how it is for some, but if you haven't worked out in a long time, i'm sure that limit could be sooner than expected. Especially with 'bigger' people, blood might not flow through the arteries as well as a fitter person, and that could lead to some issues.

Start by eating better and getting a gym membership.

I suggest since you're out of breath easily, to start with some light walking/jogging on the treadmill. I would start with 20 minutes of walking each day. Then after a week, 15 minutes of a light jog. Then keep building up until you can run without loosing breath. And as far as gaining weight, gain muscle. Muscle weighs more than fat. xD
