Yeah, i've seen some better userbars from you in the past as well, your getting a little rusty there lol. It's vertical size is a bit too large and the text doesn't look very good with the normal white to black gradient.

Well the text isn't so impressive, but the render is. You should try some other texts with some other text effects, it might look better.

I like the colors but the person doesn't really fit the 'administrator'. It just looks like a thief or something like that. Try to find a better person and I think the userbar will be much better. 7/10
