"Wait for me" Situation

So, this is not so much for support for me as it is a "dump" of how I feel, just need to get it out and maybe get input.

I am in a "waiting" situation. I love her (name is Alexa) and I am 99% percent sure she loves me too (1% is of course the little voice in your head that asks "What if?") she has told my sister, and told me several times and is still really affectionate around me.

Backstory:

We have known each other for 4 years, I am now 19, she is now 17 turning 18 on April 22. We were together for 2 years, and I have not seen her for the past year and a half, save Christmas Eve and last week. She has moved to Utah to finish High school.

She is graduating on the 14th, and moving back to California on the 15th.

I love her so much, and I had asked her last time if she still loved me and believed in second chances, she replied "Yes, I still love you. But I can't have a relationship when I move back. I have other stuff to do, I have to get my life in order."

I will wait for her, I love her. Love is used so lightly nowadays it's almost pointless to say it. But I honestly love her, I am so strongly attracted to everything about her. This situation just sucks, I'm more than a friend but I don't have the closeness of a boyfriend. I can't even really express how I feel without pushing the envelope and seeming pushy about us.

Anyway, her birthday is soon and I plan to get her a nice necklace (not too personal, but a "more than friends" necklace) and hopefully she will like it.

Well..buddy..Its a pretty tough situation..
Good luck with your waiting..i bet she'll be here even before you know it..

She loves you and you love her too...but maybe the 2 year separation of not seeing you or not having you around her must've certainly induced some feelings into her..
All you need to do is wait till she gets back..give her some time..and im sure things will get pretty good as before..and then ..voila!!

Honestly, maybe you can try waiting for her to be ready. Maybe you can help fixing her life with her so she knows that you're always there.

Regarding the gift, if she would like it, most probably, you'll be very special if you will also tell your feelings to her. I hope she'll be fine with that.
