It is stable as long as you have a computer with decent specs, and if you don't know they don't run .exe's and people usually find that as a major con.

I'm currently using a Mac OS X. I personally love Mac. People forget that Mac is like Mac and Windows. You can use BootCamp with Mac. It's like VMWare.

It depends on your Hardware. When I Installed Hackintosh for the first time, I did no Research, and ended up having no Sound and no WiFi, with frequent Kernel Panics.

My advice, Research to see if you have compatible Hardware. If you don't, don't install Hackintosh.
