It's ok, administrator can be hard to see sometimes, it's not very clear.
Could only really use it for gaming forums or maybe something like music forums.

You can use it for any forum you want, I don't see a classification license on the userbar that says it wouldn't suit a tech forum lol

I actually seen some techforums that looked nice with an orange userbar, but they were rounded rectangles and didn't have a flash going across them like this one. But they did have a star lol.

Actually it really depends on the theme of the forum. It could work nicely on a tech forum, although it would probably suit a gaming forum better. Or perhaps just a general chat forum.
