There was no setting in your web browser either that would disallow access to the site? Which web browser are you using? Try adding an exception for allowing that site, and also try using another web browser to try and load the site.

Are you on the same network as the other computers? If so, then it's probably something configured on your computer itself that would disallow you from visiting the site.

The site does not load on any of the browsers. (To name, firefox, chrome and IE).
And yes, the other computers are on the same internet connection.

It's definitely the computer's settings somewhere then, if they all run from the same router in the network.

The only things I can think of would be:

• The hosts file
• Internet website configuration (expections and block list)
• Antivirus program rules and firewall

The only other thing would be that your IP was banned, but i've already read that it wasn't an issue, so it wouldn't matter if you had a static IP or a dynamic one.

I remember being blocked from the internet with IE and being able to access websites in firefox, and I found out that the reason for that was that my AV (Norton) was blocking the program (IE) from accessing the internet in program rules settings. It could be something small like that, but it wouldn't be a program rule conflict because you can access other sites obviously, and you've even tried turning them off completely.

I wouldn't do that, but even then, he already said that he checked the hosts file for any entries of the site he was trying to visit.

Did you tried to use VPN or proxy? I think your IP was firewalled.

I don't know if this has been suggested previously or not, but try accessing it through a VPN or proxy server to eliminate the possibility of being banned? Here's a decent VPN with access to most sites, Kebrum VPN.
