I learned at 13, yes you should, yes it does. i went so long without practicing though that i only remember certain parts so im about to re learn it, but it shouldn't take very long considering i still understand it just forgot how to do some stuff.

I started learning C++ at about 14-15. I believe my full understanding an appreciation of the language didn't come until 15/16 though.

I learned C++ at 14. It was fairly simple and I was told to start at C++, as it is basic and easy to understand. I love it.
