There should be, If you know what the values mean, then you'd know why you don't notice it though. Default is 400, meaning 400ms delay for the menu to show, changing it to 0 or 1 would speed it up by around 399ms, which is less than half a second. Not very much of a difference to notice..

Thanks for this. Does this apply to only Windows 7 or all Windows OS's?

It works on Windows Vista as well from my experience. And i've never tried it, but i'm pretty sure it works on XP as well.
