I very rarely look at the banner so it doesn't bother me that much but now that you've brought it up I can't help but notice it. It's not such a problem and I doubt many people really notice it either. If it becomes a persistent problem I'm sure Omniscient will update it accordingly; for now, it's fine as it is.

Also, I'm not sure if it's intentional or not, but the background colour of the banner is slightly different to the green of the theme.

Can you give use the exact color code? #FFFFFF format.

I agree with Skill. Once you notice it, it doesn't go away. Omni has more things to worry about though.
