The snipping tool btw, is also in Vista by default lol, so it's not a new feature. I would have to say the aerosnap features, and the new window auto previews. Not to mention Windows Media center has been improved from the one in Vista.

I love the feature where you put the mouse in the icon in the windows bar and it shows it resized.
That is very usefull.
