Glowing buttons while hovering with the mouse will look awesome. You should definitely make a release for chrome.

I'm thinking on releasing my unfinished version of the theme soon as a beta version to get people's opinions on it for further improvement.

Still looks fairly nice though I think lol. You need a unique name so that it doesn't conflict with other themes so that's what I came up with. GFX was involved in making the theme Smile

Sorry for this update, but I believe it's fairly important... I've added to the first post an update that was caused by the unofficial release of Firefox 4 today.

Here:

Important: I've now came out with 2 versions of this theme.

• Firefox theme for v3.6
• Newer theme compatible with v4.0

They are both the same theme, but in order to make the theme look good if you are running Firefox 4, you'll have to right click on the empty space at the top and select the Menu Bar item so that it appears. This will just enable the menu with Fire, Edit, View, etc at the top.

I personally like to have that up there anyway because it's easier access to the functions instead of having to use that one button in the top left for everything as a default. Everything that I need is on that file menu.

If you don't have it checked, it will look more like google chrome, which is basically Firefox 4's way of copying googles popular web browser as they came out with version 4...

You can decide if you want that menu bar at the top visible or not, but the theme is still compatible with Firefox 4, and 3.6. I will just be releasing 2 different downloads so that you can choose which one you will be downloading if you want my theme.

Hey, I don't like it that much. I cannot really put my finger on it but I think you just failed to make it look perfectly glossy. It just doesn't flow very well. This opinion is based off the 4.0 preview.

You don't see everything in that preview. I wasn't going for a glossy look, but more of a glow/shine. Tabs that are not active have more of a gloss finish to them. I also edited the back and forward buttons to the 4.0 theme.

I'm going to release it today to get a better opinion from members here. But you'll also have to follow how to optimize the look of my theme.

Note: The glow on the "Back" button is actually from the mouse hovering over it, a screenshot doesn't show the mouse though with the print button method.
