I would contact apple on their website, and use their live support feature, then talk to a representative. If all else fails call their support number listed on their website.

Ninja has said the best thing you could do, althout Lu have you tried turning it on after you have plugged it into you pc?

We ended up sending it back ;w; Apple didn't support it and HP didn't either.

Ah, sadly it means the end for your iPod. I have also experienced this. For how many years have you had it?

I've had mine for five long years, more than the usual life of an iPod. I am sorry to hear of your misfortune, but perhaps that is a sign to get an iPod Touch. :p
