I didn't change any of the text though, they are the same thing, the only thing I changed, were the orb locations, and I added a pen tool glow line on one of them. I didn't change the text layer effects at all, thanks for the comment though

No problem and man I though I say the second one of the texts in the second one to have more glow than the first one, my bad .

If you use photoshop, and you're wanting to learn how to make them, I can make a pretty basic tutorial for orbs like this, it's actually fairly easy if you like using the pentool

You don't need to use pentool at all to make orbs. lol
Some people maybe prefer it but for beginners I would avoid it, if they don't know how to pentool.

I mentioned that it was for making orbs like this. I know you can make orbs without the pen tool, but I used it to make the curvy white overlay on the top.

You need to use it to figure out how the pentool works, so I wouldn't suggest limiting yourself with the number of tools a person should use
