Though you said only little coding so yeah windows 7 would be better for you.
I personally love windows 7, didn't at the very start though.

"Little coding" refers that i code everyday but not really programs, more of tests to see if something does or doesnt work then if i get a request from one of my friends ill code them a program test it with about any vulnerabilities / screw ups in my code i think i can find. i also plan on getting http://www.sennheiser.com/sennheiser/hom...nes_504290 for the music making and just plain out listening.

not that hdd. get spinpoint f3. 5400rpm are slow.
i don't see a PSU.

and also i suggest that he wait until intel fix its Sandy Bridge chipsets. and get a i5 2500. since he will do video editing, then CPU>GPU. if he can't afford a i5 2500, then Phenom II X6 then.

The best I've used so far is the Microsoft IntelliMouse. It's a great mouse with precision at an affordable price.

I'm sorry to say, but you're posts are pointless. Stating that he needs a good motherboard and good graphics card are not helpful at all. Please refrain from doing so, as I see that you have been trying to get your post count up lately.

I was thinking the same thing, but you think 1-2tb HD and 4 gb of ram, 1gb graphics card would be good?
