DevianART usually will slow your PC down INCREDIBLY.

I'm not a big fan of Windows themes like this. Especially ones that try to make it look like a mac, because in the end it really doesn't, and it won't feel like a mac, and your left with a crappy theme that slows down your computer. The other thing about themes is that they make me feel weirdly cluttered. I can't really explain it.
