Urgh im 19 and i weight 10.5 stone. im 6ft 1 and i eat a hell of a lot of food, like way too much but i just cant put on weight at all i just seem to stay between 10-10.5 stone
Why cant i put on weight!!

Ye 1 stone is 14 pounds and i spend atleast £150 a week on food just for myself and i dont seem to be full :/

My Opinion: Eat, Eat, Eat, Dont chuck a poop. Seriously, I see why you want to gain weight, I was wanted to and I did my process.

You know how many people would love to have that problem? Ha, I know because I am the same way. In high school it was really bad because of all the sports I played. I finally started gaining weight by drinking a lot of protein shakes. 30 mins before I work out, and right after I work out. I drank them in the morning on top of eating breakfast. When you have such a high metabolism your body burns calories like crazy, so pumping you body with protein will help your body burn more carbs and the extra protein will go to your muscles. So the weight you keep will be in your muscles.

It is because you have a low stimulation of human growth hormon (HGH.) Alongside other factors.
Do small reps of very heavy weight; eat alot of food but try to make it as fat free as possible...

It's cos your metabolism is fast, try training then eating and you should put weight on.

Eating a lot of food doesn't mean anything, it all depends on your metabolism. Some people just can't gain weight unless they take pills or make protein shakes etc.

I have the same erm "issue" but I like it like this .
I heard if you eat,sleep and no excersize, you gain weight. If you'd like to do it a healthy way, get protein shakes . |
