From experience, I can say that the best way to avoid stress before an exam is preparation. When you are well prepared for a test, you would have no reason to be stressed about it.

I understand where your coming from. I'm pretty well prepared, but there's added pressure since I'm on the border-line of 3 grades. Sleep

It is important to compartmentalize. If you believe that you are prepared for a specific test, and you are aiming to ace it, you should set aside your thoughts and memories of previous tests as these can make you either overconfident or scared depending on their outcome. I hope this helps.

Thanks for the advice, I really appreciate it. I haven't done so well on previous test, and it does discourage me. Hopefully I can put that thought aside, and do well on the test. Thanks again! Thumbsup
