Minecraft?
#11
It's a really fun game. It allows your mind to run away into it's own world instead of dealing with the crap in reality.

Words of wisdom. It's near impossible to look around on Minecraft with a touchpad.

I've played the iOS version, Eden. Laggy on my device, but still pretty fun. I'd recommend it to anyone who wants to try the genre.

Let's just put it this way I have never seen the "end" of a map.

Although you can dig to the bottom of a map, but not very easily seeing as how it may take up to 1-2 digging straight down; that is if you don't hit any lava on the way down.

Anyways my goal right now is to build The Pyramid of Giza on a scale that 1 block is 1 foot. I know this will be a massive project and will take a few months to collect all the sand to use, and to clear the land but still.

How's the online? Are there many public and private servers (and doesn't Joel Zimmerman/Deadmau5 own one)?

There are some public servers that you can connect through with the Minecraft website, as for private servers. There are hundreds maybe even close to 1,000. You just have to find them.

It has no end.
The map just keeps generating ad infinatum.
You could get a map the size of the earth and it would keep generating more and more...

Also for the Pyramid of Giza, try a program called Invedit for all that sand and be aware it falls
