Well if your looking for one where the more effort you put in the more you earn, you are looking for Pay Per * sites. So PPC (Click), PPI (Install), PPD (Download)...

Thanks to LancerImpact on the CPALEad head's up. Checked out the website and there's a lot of info there. I will give it some more review and start a thread on the findings.
