Piano Staff, read the notes easier? [Solved]/Trash My Thread]

Ok guys, my cousin gave me a sheet of paper that told me how to read notes easier with a trick like "EGBDF" - "Every good boy deserves fries" on the lines or between the lines on the measure, forgot which one is was and FACE which just means FACE but you get the point. It was an easier way to read the notes/measures while playing. I forgot the paper somewhere and I need the trick to play a bit easier. Does anybody know how to explain that trick of have a diagram of some sort.
