I understand that you're all trying to help but I'm getting tired of users suggesting the same thing over and over again. Special treatment, expert care, nursing homes, etc., all require money. Money that my family doesn't have.

If users are not going to read the entire thread as well as the suggestions that have already been made, there's no need to post. You're wasting my time and yours. As blunt as that may seem, I made that clear in the first line of my OP.

I am awfully sorry about your situation. Although I can't help much, because I have never gone through something like this, I wish you and your family the best of luck.

I can relate, this is how it was with my great grandmother before she passed. It was scary and she had a disease you only get 1 in a million where she'd start shaking uncontrollably.
I can offer nothing no one else has because I have no knowledge, but I do sympathize. Sorry for being useless.

Things have just gotten so bad around the house that I've started to even consider the idea of laying some blame on my uncle for being selfish. I feel sick inside. Am I a bad person?

Here is some video footage of what my grandmother does each day.
How would you diagnose her by looking at this?

When she walks, she tries not to step on the flowers pattern on the floor. Then on the flower...
She then tries to put things together...
No she wasn't talking to me. She didn't even know I was there. Sometimes she speaks to herself in the mirror as well as to statues in my home.
