Ya, *change the settings* but i disabled EVERYTHING and combat arms and need for speed world still cant launch.
And if i directly go in combat arms(net) instead of clicking the icon,
it'l give me error code(-30)...

Try disabling UAC, it should sort the problem.

hey........... i have an error in that EnableLUA i.e,ERROR EDITING VALUE and in that it s showing me as--cannat edit EnableLUA:Errror writing the new value's contents

Have you ran it as Administrator? Also have you tried re-installing the program or downloading another version of it.

lol the administrator would be him i'm assuming, though he's logged on as his user, and you aren't recognized as an Administrator, you are recognized as an Admin account which enables you to change settings.

Group policy editor would be gpedit.msc

-Press and hold the windows key, and tap "R" to bring up the Run command
-Type in "gpedit.msc" and there you have it

These are policies that determine how your system deals with services, programs and other things that are given instructions on your computer. Somewhere in there, you have a program rule disallowing third party programs
