Forget about Vista and get a copy of XP or Win 7.
Keep the disk handy, i reinstall my OS every 3 months easily. Boot disk is a must, can't go wrong.

Fixed it.
Just went to:
/media/OS/Windows/System32/

And changed the name back.

Press F10 and either restore your hole computer or reset to a earlier date! Worked for me!
