there are sites that announce it,they charge and do...something or other.
cant remember any names,and google isnt giving any decent examples from what can see.


have been on forums before where members have supposedly gone, with family members coming on saying they left their account logged on so wanted to tell users what happened,dont think anyone trusts that route anymore because of how many times it has been hijacked by trolls.

Honestly, I wouldn't want many users to know I have died. Not saying I wouldn't tell anyone before I have, but I wouldn't really like a thread made.
I think I would only tell my closest HF/SF friend on via MSN that I will be passing.

If you die, you have no time to even post something up. Unless you can determine exactly what time you will die and have a phone nearby and quickly FB or Twitter status before you drift off.

I wonder if you were dead how many of your friends and family would report your accounts to be closed. Like if Omni just didn't log in for a few months, all of HF and SF would be wondering and searching.
