put some meat on them bones kid you look a bit too skinny. but if you're tall some people are lanky that way.

Yea, your way too skinny. If you arnt homosexual, get some better clothes. Go eat a ton of mcdonalds, or something.

OP I think you should work out more to gain a little more muscle. Also, don't change your style cause ub3r l33t h4xx0rz don't like it.

Food to eat a lot of heat after exercise - weight gain for some people try to fast, this is a tricky one, because when they are with their prior training, they do not starve. I know you just want to help but honestly where do you get your information from? Heat is the last thing you want after working out, you need a cool down period of about 30-45 minutes before even showering, otherwise it can stretch your skin as your muscles are still "pumped up". I won't even attempt to correct the rest as it looks like google translate after it got hit by a plane...
