What Fruits/Vegies make you taller?

I've read that doing certain exercises can help you grow a few inches. I'd listen to Cybra if I was you. It's worth a shot.
I doubt that milk makes you taller. It only strengthens your bones and helps building muscle.

Guess what, when I was in 8th grade, I was about 5'11", now I'm 6'4". I didn't really care about healthy food or anything, just kept eating when I was hungry.
I suggest you just wait for one or two years.

My parents are both 6'3" by the way.

u can do a surgery .

I don't know of any fruits and veggies that do that, all I know is that Milk helps your bones become stronger, and carrots help your eyes, Tomatoes are good for your testicles (no joke), and yeah thats it.

I'd say protein would be your best bet.
But your height is decided by your chromosomes.

Well eating fruits and veggies will not help you in getting taller..They are useful for keeping you healthy always but if you want taller height then you have to hang with the high poles from where your feet cannot touch the ground...You will have to do it for atleat an hour daily...And i hope you will find better results ....
