My Dog's....going bald?

We have a HUGE porch, so we kept them there with their food and stuff. It was a pain cleaning the porch though cause they'd poop all over the place, haha :]

Later when they got a little bigger, we left them outside in our yard and we'd put them in the porch at night. We also bought a kiddie pool and put it in our yard so they could swim anytime

But Max was scared of them lol.

As I've mentioned, we've taken him to the vet, run all kind of tests on him and nothing.

It could be mange, Thats my guess, But just ask a Dr.

I have a chihuahua. He's 6 years old, turning 7 in July.
Ever since a few years ago, he's started loosing fur.

He doesn't scratch or bite himself excessively. We took him to the vet and apparently he has hypothyroid something.

What can we do? His head has barely any fur, and his back has two bald stripes. But his neck is furry.

Take him to the doctor, see what he says

We've asked him about that. He said it normally occurs only in cat (wow...um, weird? lol). It's not a cancer - you can read more about it here as it's lengthy to explain.

He said there's nothing we can do about it :/

But anyway, if the PRACTICED VETINARY doctor says there's nothing you can do - There really is nothing you can do.
