What was the scariest game you ever done?

I havent really gotten scared from a game but when i was younger the dogs in doom 1 scared me a little.

Dino Crisis it was on the original PlayStation.
I played Resident Evil, Silent Hill and all those games but I don't know what it was about it this was just freaked me out the most.

I liked F.E.A.R. it was weird, it wasn't the fact that it was scary but it was the way the game was setup that just made it creepy.
