Annoying Bluetooth Folder in My Computer
#11
What about hiding it from view? It is better than trying to uninstalling or installing it back. Do you notice the small black triangle on your upper left blacktooth folder? Yea.. Blacktooth.. Roflmao Just click it and you can smile Thumbsup

Here is something that worked for me... If you aren't actually using the bluetooth adaptor. The first part is probably unnecessary but the second part will remove the folder and keep it from re-creating itself.

In the bottom right where the system icons are, hover over the Bluetooth icon (likely a big "B").

Right-click the icon and select "open settings".

Click the "Share" tab.

Where it says "Bluetooth Exchange Folder location" click "browse" and move it to where ever you want it to be (i.e. not in your top-level "My Documents").

Hit Apply.

Go back to the first screen for the settings, and select "turn off bluetooth adaptor".

Then go and delete the folder from My Documents.
