It's not hard to remake the logo, at all. I could probably go do it, but I can't edit what the image actually is, so me remaking it wouldn't be very productive.

If Omni wanted to change the theme, he'd change the logo background as well. It takes a few clicks.
If it was transparent, other people would take it and use it for their site.
