I use http://www.sxc.hu/ as my source of stock images. Add it if you feel like it. For tutorials, I can only recommend http://psd.tutsplus.com/ ( which you already mentioned). Best site I know.

I think he means the limit on editing. It was already suggested and Omni seems to like the idea that the OP should have the power to edit thread starting post and closing the thread when the issue is resolved. Lesser work for mods, so they won't be overworked. Mods are also human.

EDIT: But personally speaking, I think that power needs to be given at about the 100th post like rep. Just my opinion.
