I'd say PS3, but that's because I have a PS3. Asking about 360 vs PS3 is pretty pointless.
Generally, you'd probably be satisfied either way though.
Personally, I don't like the concept of paying extra for a wireless adapter or for a Live membership (which were determining factors when I was picking between 360 and PS3). Blu-ray technology is pretty nifty allowing devs to really max out content on the exclusives. People disagree about exclusives, but I say they are about equal in what you can find in terms of good exclusive games. I like the PS3 interface (the XMB) more than the dashboard of the Xbox 360 because it's a little more minimalist and organized. Xbox 360 has cross-game party chat unlike the PS3 (although Sony reports to be working on it?). You can upgrade the PS3 hard drive with just a normal hard drive, unlike the Xbox 360 (I upgraded my 80GB to a 500GB). Also Little Big Planet is the epitome of what gaming is about. I love it.
