Sad thing is, I'd easily kick his ass.
Marines have little to none skills in hand to hand combat, I've a 6 year student of one of the toughest Kyokushin masters in all of Russia.

I fail to see how someone relating the term SMOKE to POT makes them dumb because more a lot of people do pot, and since anyone in their right mind would automatically say tobacco unless they want to implicate themselves for doing weed in the first place.
To respond to your question, if the military is looking for an excuse to get rid of you, then that's your first ticket out of there. Dishonorable discharge is the worst thing to carry around with you for the rest of your life. I can't believe I'm explaining this to someone who claims to be in the military. Basically, if you do anything against the military code of conduct unbecoming of an officer you can get Article 15 thrown at you. Or in the Marine's case, 'Office Hours'. You should probably know what that is, so I won't explain further unless you ask. Engaging in a fight with a civilian is conduct unbecoming of an officer, and it gets worse from there. If you were drinking at the time, etc. I'd be careful who you pick a fight with, and I wouldn't be throwing around threats either. You can still get busted for Article 15 even if you are on the internet.
And don't think you're all bad just because you're a Marine. I know Navy SEALS who've been through hell and back and THOSE are the hard people. Just because you think you can beat the crap out of someone doesn't make you hard, it just proves you've got an inferiority complex and you're throwing your flashy military title around and the fact you've got some muscles. To be honest, I don't even know you and I think less of you already mainly because you come to a support forum asking for assistance with a problem, then the people that offer you help become targets of your rage when we're here to take time out of our lives to help you. Then you threaten people, make fun of people but in the end you're the one that still needs help.
Also, let me point you to the rules, Flaming and ridicule isn't allowed here. And you've ridiculed and flamed people. So unless you want me to get someone involved, you'll change your tune real fast, Mr. Marine.

Marine Corps are the softest armed forced in the world besides the United States Navy.
I trained for 2 years with the Spetsnaz before having to move to America, and I'm moving back and reenlisting in 2 months, so go ahead, try me.

You're thinking typical Navy, the ones that sit on a boat. The SEALS are the operational branch. There's a reason they're called special forces and go through SOCOM to get their training.

SEAL's are tough, I have a friend whom is a Navy Seal, and even he said you have to be crazy to enlist in the Spetsnaz.
