Why does my boyfriend lie to me? We live quite a ways a part, and there's just so much against him, yet he still lies. I've seen proof of the lies but he still denies it.

First, it was about porn. What if it escalates to something else? Like him full out cheating on me?

Sit down with him and talk about the things he is doing lately. Tell him that he is telling you a lie and that you wont tolerate such a behaviuor.

Take the time to talk to him, and do not make him feel like he will be punished if he tells you the truth. Reason with him, and let him feel bad. It will make him crack and start treating you with more respect. At least hopefully? If not then, he was never meant to be with you. There is a saying, if you love something, let it go if it comes back, it was always yours, if it doesn't then it never was.

and about the lies.. we all lie don't we? but it's not always that we mean harm with our lies... so it basicly comes up to the question does he rly love you? if he does.. that's all you need.
