Can I have my own subdomains on a free hosting?

So lets say my site is example.freehost.com Then I buy a domain and point it to the hosting so now its mysite.com So can I have subdomains like news.mysite.com on that same hosting ? Also is SEO affected by whether the hosting is free or a paid one ?

They don't pay out, they ban you right after you ask for payment. Just to let you know.
you can do this with any host using the subdomains feature on cpanel or any other cpanel.

Yes. You can have subdomains on free hosting. 100% sure on 000webhost as i've used it myself.

I signed up for 000wehost, then it saif it would take 24 hours to verify so I just left.
