This is a gaming forum, i just started, eventually I'm going to have a marketplace where people can sell accounts etcetera. I want to know first if it is legal and do i have to provide sort of a disclaimer saying i am not responsible for the accounts sold. However for as of right now, i hope to make it a very active forum with lots of members.

I would get a awesome skin if you have any money laying around. Since that skin is super over used. But I like the concept and everything else you have going on with the forums. Just need a new Mybb Skin

The theme doesn't say "Gaming Forum".
It's just blue-ish, and boring.

Looks like GameTuts forum. I would perhaps change the 'Annoucements', and move it to the top of the forum as that's what users see first, so if there's important news, they're going to miss it. Doesn't really offer anything else that the same forums in this category does. The regisiter button sure is big, maybe you should resize that.

Also, each of the consoles; Xbox, Playstation, etc.. Should have a;
