6 whole scrambled eggs, 2 oz of ham, and 2 slices of pepper jack cheese in 2 wheat tortilla shells with fresh cayenne flakes and Cholula hot sauce. And 24 oz of milk. Almost 1000 cals and about 78g of protein and green tea.

I didn't eat a breakfast, i usually don't. I guess that's why I'm underweight. But when i want to eat i can't fill myself up :/

I had a banana, some whole grain cheerios, and a nice strawberry smoothie I blended in the blender I got for last christmas Smile tastes good, and it's nice and balanced on the food groups. Fruit is good for breakfast, one of the best things you can have to start the day off. I eat between 4-5 meals per day. I have a high metabolism so these aren't snack times either. But i'm not overweight in the unhealthy sense. Most of it is regular body mass in muscle.
