What I got at first glance is that everything but the Cheryl image seems a bit wrinkled. Maybe adding a similar effect to the photo will make the piece look more realistic.

I wish we had a better looking person on our currency lol. I'd agree the image of the girl is a little too contrasted. Lower the opacity to make it blend in more to the color of the bill a little.

Haha, print the note out in the proper paper they use and show her it and ask her to buy it ^^.

Actually its good that you mentioned that, instead of changing the opacity, use that "crumpled" paper pattern with a blend option over the ENTIRE bill instead of just parts of it. It would be a lot better that way. that way Cheryl would have that effect along with the rest of the image. Unless you dont have that as a layer, then try putting her behind a layer to get that effect with a reduced opacity or blending option. Otherwise just change Cheryl's opacity.
