Working out is actually a great idea and seriously, just laugh it off.

I am kind of only good on computer.. But, I have this problem; everything I start with I am like: "this is gonna be super awesome" and I just end up getting tired of it.. Atm I am trying to learn python (a programming language) and I really hope I manage to stick to it..

Anyways, I don't have a social life because I don't want to, I simply look the other way.
Also, the thing about getting tired of it may lead to my depression, or..?

You may think you don't want a social life just because you haven't experienced it successfully but it is a proven fact that humans need social interaction with others.

Solitary confinement is a great debate because when sent there your brain function changes pretty dramatically. Your body starts to crave social interaction an the longer you're avoiding it the less comfortable you will be when you get back into it.
No social interactions does have it's side effects depression being one of them. If you don't receive positive reinforcement in social situations there is a possibility that you will start to act out to receive negative interactions.
Your brain prefers interaction over none even if it's negative.

Sorry for typos I'm on my phone.

So... You are basically saying I should force my self against my will to get a social life? I hate having a social life because there are no one with the same freakin interests as me that I know Sad!!

Don't force but ease yourself into it. There has to be someone that you can relate to.
What you're doing now obviously isn't working so you need to change something.

I don't really think there are any1 like me, I do not get top grades or anything, but I just feel like everyone else is kind of stupid, because I kind of learn alot and know much more than people usually does... Yeah.. I am kind of ignorant..

I'm pretty sure they're going to say what I said.. Except possibly give you medication and then you won't feel like yourself. I have a friend that has tried plenty of medications and the results aren't that great. You just don't feel like yourself.

I don't really do anything.. I just sit on computer while being bored, sleep, go to school, eat, pee etc..

I even made a thread on yahoo because I am concerned..

I have been saying to my self for the past weeks that I should just consentrate on school, and I will take care of other studies when they come.. Anyways, I am trying this, but I am bored generally, not only when it comes to this study thing.. Help me guys..

No trolling/flaming/lq posts (first time posting on this forum, so I don't know the standards here.)

Hello veltins,

I would suggest getting a hobby, preferably one that involves meeting new people. Internet hobbies are good sometimes, but you might want to find something in real life even if it has to do with online activities. Focusing on school is good, but using up your free time with it will lower your sanity. Keep up the good work at school, but find something that interests you! Make sure this something involves other people as well, no matter how many. Two is a party, three is a crowd.

You know what makes you happy - just realize it,

Hang out with your friends/parents..pretty much anyone who can make you happy. What I like to do when I'm bored is read a book. YES, reading is like TV for your brain, so I love it (:

If your showing concern for it, it's most likely not depression. Your bored, that simple. Non-motivated. Like before, go and do something, something you haven't done. New, exiting etc. Try drawing, writing, shopping, meeting strangers, anything. But pixels on a screen are not new and exciting.
