I guess all i have to do is get motivated to do all this
When I exercise I motivate myself by offering a reward after I'm done.
Examples would be;
I can only play video games after I've done 50 push ups.
I can only eat a candy-bar after I've done 50 sit ups.
I can only watch TV after I've ran 1 mile.

Workout with weights, eat more calories then you need to maintain weight, and make sure you're eating around 40% protein, 40% carbs, and 20% good fat.

Yes it will, as long as he does it for the right amount of time.

Telling people who don't lift/exercise daily to just start doing heavy lifting/exercises is really stupid advice and is a good way to get someone hurt, so just stop.

I would like to make a thread, and every time someone works out we post what we do each day. I think that would help me get motivated, if i knew other people would do it as well.
What do you guys think?

Well, to gain weight there is required to follow the exercise schedule daily and also rewuired to follow the diet program regularly. Another thing is that there is also required to avoid the stress, worries and hyper tension. You should start to eat green leaf vegetables and fruits to gain the weight.
