I've made quite a few changes recently. Added toplink images, new smilies, new stars, new user images, etc, To get rid of that ugly white stuff around the images.

Theme and SEO

The icons dont feel right, I would try to get new ones but all from one set.

For me it's just the Theme is overused I don't wanna spend my time on that theme.
The On/off/Offlock icons should be more gaming related or different to the ones their are.
I also thing you need a bigger Logo. It's taking up a small corner where theirs alot of extra space to use.

Theme is the biggie, it's usually the first impession, bad theme, bad impression. Your theme is OK but it's small.
