This was my first banner for a team. Please leave things I could have done better, but no flaming or trolling.

I really Dislike It.. You Should Try Changing The
Font .. Change Colors
Also IT has a Plain Black Background with a Picture Attached BE Creative
I know its YOur First Banner But Come On BRo... Sorry For the Harsh Criticism

Unfortunately I can't think of anything positive to say about this banner.
One thing that stands out the most is the font. Using a nice font can make a huge difference.

I think you could put a lot more effort into it. You should read up on some tutorials they will really help you.

Too basic and dont really like the black as a background. You should use a gradient or a pattern.

Sorry it's not good.
The pen tooling is bad in parts, the text is too plain for a banner, text should stand out in banners.
You need a background badly or at least something like vectors or c4ds to go on the edge of the render.
