My preferred order from best to worse:
1.] Avast
2.] Avira
3.] AVG
4.] Clamwin
5.] Bit defender
6.] Commodo
7.] MSE
8.] F-prot
9.] Panda 10.] PC tools
Mainly the top 3 and what's on the bottom, i haven't used the others to be honest, just my gut feeling

AVG is slowing down my computer and hence I prefer Avira and using it since last two years. Thanks for the article.

Hello;
Thank you for a list of relative decent anti-viruses. I personally use avast! pro. But the free one is similar with just less features. Keep up the good work.
