There's a contest in my town to design the mile signs for a new walking trail, and the winer gets $500! I was wondering if any of you GFX pros would mind sharing some tips, or giving me some ideas to help me get started.

Hmm I don't know lol.
I suppose it should be easy to see and standout.
You could just use a silhouette of someone walking with the mile text.
