It's good but you need sort the eyes out. Maybe add eyelashes and there is alot of minor things you could improve which would make it look better.

Yeh the eyes do need more detail. It was really hard due to the low quality image I was working from.

I like it. It just sort of creeps me out. The texture has a really creepy look for it. If you like it that way, don't change it!

It's a great piece, but I agree with the others, it's in need of a little more detail. It kind of looks like theres plastic wrap covering his face :\
